Access to the gym is free of charge.

• For access to the Spa, it is necessary to book in person at the hotel reception. 
• For access to the gym you do not need to book.

Access to the Spa and Gym is exclusively for Hotel guests.

We have 3 different types of parking, exclusively for Hotel guests:

• Covered outdoor parking: €20/day
• Indoor parking: €25/day
• Indoor parking for motorbikes and bicycles: €15/day

In addition, in the Hotel annex building there is a public garage for non-exclusive use by guests.

Sorry, it is not possible to reserve the parking.

Yes, we have a small swimming pool, free of charge for Hotel guests, located in the annex building.

We offer a wide variety of products at our breakfast buffet, so that vegans and vegetarians also have breakfast options.

Our breakfast has lactose-free and gluten-free options. However, for a greater satisfaction of our guests, we would appreciate it if you could contact us prior to your visit to specify what type of food intolerance you have, to ensure that we have the necessary options to meet your specific needs.

Pets are welcome in our establishment. There is a supplement of €10/pet per day.

Pets are not allowed inside the dining room, but we do have a terrace where you can have breakfast with your pet.

Sorry, we do not offer shuttle services.

We have a washing and drying service, for a price of €15/bag of clothes. In addition, we also offer ironing service, for an additional price of €15/bag of clothes.

The Hotel offers a Romantic Pack service for €30, which includes:

• Decoration with petals, balloons, candles and towels
• Bottle of cava
• Box of chocolates

Sorry, at the moment we do not offer any such promotions. However, if you have stayed at the hotel previously, please contact us to try to offer you any additional benefits.

• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. onwards.
• Check-out: at the latest at 10:00 a.m.

The cost of the early check-in is €35. However, this service is subject to availability at the hotel.

The cost of the late check-out is €30 if you wish to leave the room at 2:00 p.m. at the latest; or €50 if you wish to leave the room at 6:00 p.m. at the latest. However, this service is subject to availability.

The cancellation policy if you book directly on our website is:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the day of arrival.
• If you cancel your reservation within this period, no charge will be made. If you cancel your reservation after the deadline, 100% of the first night will be charged. 
• If you do not show up on the day of arrival (no-show), the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

*This cancellation policy does not apply to bookings made on other platforms or intermediaries.

The price of the booking does not include the tourist tax of €1,32 per person per night (maximum 7 nights) for people over 16 years old. These taxes will always be paid on arrival at the hotel.

Subject to availability, if you wish, you can change your room or Suite (taking care of the increase in price that this may entail).

By booking on our own website, you will always have the best price guaranteed, and you will have a longer period to cancel the reservation free of charge, thus having greater flexibility.

In addition, you will have direct contact with the hotel staff, who will be able to answer all your questions and take note of your dietary needs and any other specifications you request for your stay.

It is compulsory for everyone staying at the hotel to present an identification document (ID), whether it is a National Identification Document, Passport or Driving Licence. These documents must be original. For legal reasons, photocopies and photographs will not be accepted.

If you wish to pay for your stay in advance, at the time of booking you must tick the box that says "pay the total booking amount”.

If you have already made a booking and have not ticked the box to pay in advance, please contact us at 972 364 150.

At the time of booking, it will always be compulsory to enter credit/debit card details (even if the option to pay at the hotel is selected). However, upon arrival at the hotel, you can pay in cash or using a different credit/debit card.

The Hotel Acacias Suites & Spa can accommodate people of all ages.

• Children from 0-2 years old are free of charge, but they must be included in the reservation.
• Children from 3-12 years old always pay, but have a 50% discount.

Sorry, the hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. However, you are welcome to stay at the hotel, although you should be aware that we do not have all the facilities that you would find in a fully adapted establishment.

The Hotel has 46 rooms and 10 Suites, distributed as follows:

• 22 standard double rooms
• 13 double matrimonial rooms
• 6 triple single rooms
• 3 triple matrimonial rooms
• 2 double rooms - single use
• 2 Standard Suites
• 3 Family Suites
• 5 Premium Suites

All our rooms and Suites have amenities such as: hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. In addition, depending on the time of year, you can also find others such as a comb, shower cap, sewing kit, shoe shine, toothbrush, razor, make-up remover kit, and so on.

• All our rooms have a balcony. 
• In the case of the Suites, 5 have a balcony and 5 have a terrace.

BY CAR

Lloret de Mar has three entrances:

From the south, the C-32 coastal highway connects Barcelona with Lloret de Mar as far as Blanes, the last 12 kilometres must be done along the N-II and G-682 roads passing through Blanes.

From the north, from France, follow the AP-7 highway until exit 9 (Lloret de Mar). The last 14 km must be done on the C-63 road.

From the northeast, 12 km along the GI-682 road separate Lloret de Mar from Tossa de Mar. 

Once in Lloret, there are various public and private car parks for visitors to park their vehicles during their stay.

BY PLANE

The nearest airports are Barcelona airport (75 km away) and Girona airport (30 km away). Barcelona airport is connected with regular flights to the main cities in the world. Girona airport, thanks to its low-cost flights, connects Lloret with a large number of European cities and also has a large number of charter flights.

BY BUS

Lloret de Mar is connected to Barcelona, Girona and the main European cities by regular lines and occasional services. Lloret has a bus terminal and private terminals that serve foreign coach drivers.

BY TAXI

Lloret de Mar has a fleet of more than 40 taxis. There are 4 to 7-seater taxis and taxis for people with reduced mobility. They are recognisable by being white with an identifying sign.

BY TRAIN

Lloret de Mar does not have any direct train connection but it is close to the 2 main lines that connect with Barcelona and France.

To go to Barcelona you have to take the Rodalies de la costa line from Blanes Station. To go to Blanes there are buses leaving from Lloret station every half hour.

Trains to Barcelona leave every half hour and the journey takes 1 hour and 20 minutes.
